For week long bookings our changeover day is predominantly Friday, although Mondays are sometimes possible
We prioritise 7, 10 & 14 night bookings, but may offer shorter options (3 & 4 nights) with changeovers on Mondays and Fridays. The cost of these is the nightly price of the advertised weekly cost plus £50 cleaning
Check in is anytime after 4pm (earlier can often be arranged) and checkout by 10am (if noone's coming in after you, this can sometimes be prolonged).
Prices include electricity, a basket of kindling & firewood for your 1st night's fire and bag of BBQ fuel in the summer.
You can buy more wood, & BBQ charcoal locally, and can hire beach towels from us for £4/week.
Prices include cleaning, bed linen and towels.
Dogs are allowed at our discretion at a £35/week supplement for 1 dog, £50 for 2.
A deposit of £150 is required per week (£100 for shorter bookings) at time of booking with the balance due 6 week's prior to arrival. Payment can be made by BACS. Full terms and conditions are sent when we send you booking information.
