For week long bookings Fridays are our changeover days Stays of 3 or 4 nights can sometimes be available outside of the main season, with changeover days on Fridays and Mondays.
Check in is from 4pm (earlier can sometimes be arranged) and checkout by 10am (if noone's coming in after you, this can be prolonged).
Prices include electricity, a basket of kindling & firewood for your first evening's fire and a bag of BBQ fuel.
Prices also include cleaning, bed linen and towels.
If there are only 2 of you, and we are booked up in our one bedroom cottages we can sometimes offer you a 10% discount off these prices if only using one bedroom.
You can buy more wood & BBQ charcoal locally, and can hire beach towels from us for £4/week.
A deposit of £200 per week is required at time of booking (£150 for shorter bookings), with balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made by bank transfer. Full terms and conditions are sent when we send you booking information.
